Terms of service

Terms of service

Last updated: May 21, 2026

These terms apply to use of the Automations For eCom website and to custom automation services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Services

Automations For eCom provides custom ecommerce automation consulting and implementation, including dashboards, workflow automations, AI agents, reporting systems, alerts, integrations, and related technical work.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria for paid work should be defined in a written proposal, email, invoice, statement of work, or similar project agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to required tools or data, and approvals needed to complete the work.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables before relying on them in live business operations.

Payment

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, payment is due after the agreed job, automation, workflow, or deliverable has been completed or made available for review.

Failure to pay a completed invoice may pause future work, support, updates, or access to additional deliverables.

Refunds

Because payment is generally requested after completion, payments are final and non-refundable once made. Please review the refund policy for more detail.

Third-party tools

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, applications, hosting providers, analytics tools, automation tools, AI providers, or ecommerce systems. Clients are responsible for their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and compliance with those providers' terms.

Automations For eCom is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API changes, feature removals, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Results and availability

Automations For eCom aims to build practical systems that reduce repetitive work and improve operational visibility, but no specific revenue, profit, traffic, conversion, support, or business outcome is guaranteed.

Website content and service descriptions are provided for general information and may be changed at any time.

Intellectual property

After full payment, clients may use the custom deliverables created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party tool restrictions and any separate written agreement.

Automations For eCom retains ownership of pre-existing templates, libraries, processes, know-how, reusable components, internal tools, and generalized methods used to provide services.

Confidentiality

Non-public business information shared for a project will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate, deliver, support, or improve the requested work unless disclosure is required by law or approved by the client.

Automation and AI outputs

Clients should review automation outputs, AI-generated outputs, dashboards, alerts, and recommendations before using them for important business decisions.

Automations should be monitored after launch because source data, APIs, permissions, and business processes can change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automations For eCom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.

Separate written agreements

If a signed agreement, statement of work, proposal, or invoice conflicts with these terms, the separate written agreement controls for that engagement.
